Nomadar Corp. (Nasdaq: NOMA) has signed a strategic alliance with New Hera Interconnection, an organization that specializes in building sports bridges between Africa and the rest of the world, to develop joint sports programs and strengthen sports relations between the United States, Europe, and Africa. The agreement, signed on March 2, 2026, has an initial term through June 30, 2027.
New Hera Interconnection, based in Nairobi, operates in eight countries and maintains relationships with more than 20 international academies and schools. The organization has supported more than 40 African athletes in their international development and has involved more than 500 young players through its programs, connecting African talent with professional structures and development pathways abroad, including opportunities linked to Europe and the United States.
Nomadar, for its part, puts innovation and artificial intelligence at the service of athletic development, with an ecosystem that combines Cádiz CF’s professional football methodology, its High Performance Training (HPT) programs, and its international activity in the United States. With this alliance, Africa becomes a fourth major region on the company’s international map, which already connects markets, methodologies, athletes, and professional sports environments in the United States, Europe, and Latin America.
The framework agreed between both organizations includes the joint design and rollout of sports development programs in Africa, Europe, and the United States, combining athlete development pathways with the exchange of training methodologies, technical knowledge, and sports technology. It also includes coach education, youth participation, and cultural exchange initiatives, with structured opportunities for athletes to experience different professional sports environments and cultures.
According to Martí Arimany, CEO of New Hera Interconnection, the alliance reflects a belief that has guided the organization since its beginning: that sport is a bridge, not a destination. Working together with Nomadar makes it possible to bring high-performance methodology and technology closer to African talent and to open a real path connecting the continent with the major sports environments of Europe and the United States, within a long-term partnership that both organizations plan to keep building program by program.
From Nomadar, Pablo Sánchez, Director of International Programs, notes that the agreement is fully in line with the company’s international expansion strategy, which already connects talent, methodology, technology, and professional sports environments across the United States, Europe, and Latin America. For Nomadar, Africa represents the natural next step in that strategy, with the goal of building real development pathways and long-term bridges between regions, creating opportunities for players, coaches, and organizations across all three continents.
The first phase of the alliance will focus on structuring athlete development programs, training and technical exchanges, coach education, and international experiences that connect New Hera’s African network with Nomadar’s sports ecosystem in Spain, the United States, and other international markets. Both organizations will now work on the initial program calendar, participant profiles, and operating locations, and will share details of the first initiatives through their official channels.
This agreement marks a new step in Nomadar’s international presence and reinforces its strategy of building bridges between established and emerging sports markets, adding Africa to an ecosystem that already connects the United States, Europe, and Latin America.
