Tramplin.World, a sports consulting agency specializing in youth football, returned to Ciudad Deportiva Bahía de Cádiz with a new group of players joining the HPT (High Performance Training) program by Nomadar and Cádiz CF for a trial camp.
This was shared by Elnur Mamedov, founder of Tramplin.World, who described the group’s atmosphere as close and family-like, with players and coaching staff working toward the same goal.
The group is made up of players from Azerbaijan and Georgia. From Azerbaijan come Nijat Guluzade, trained at the EFA Baku Academy, and Fayyaz Mehdizade, a graduate of the Sabah FC academy. From Georgia come Tato Kupatadze, who played for Gagra FC and Spaeri, and Otari Apridonidze, a product of the Torpedo Kutaisi academy. Their arrival extends the HPT program’s international reach into the Caucasus, a region where Nomadar and Cádiz CF have been strengthening ties for scouting and player development.
Tramplin.World, founded by Elnur Mamedov, connects players, academies, and European clubs with real development opportunities in more than nine countries, including Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, and the southern Caucasus. Its work combines individual assessment, development planning, and close support for families, an approach that fits the HPT program’s philosophy: giving each player a clear, realistic path toward European football.
Collaborations like this one strengthen Nomadar and Cádiz CF’s position as a gateway for young talent from around the world, and reinforce the HPT program as a space where player development connects with high-level competition.
