Through its partnership with KA Sports Consulting, Nomadar and Cádiz CF’s HPT (High Performance Training) program welcomed Samuel Cárdenas this season. The 18-year-old winger, who can play on both sides, crossed the Atlantic to experience the program firsthand.
KA Sports Consulting is an international sports representation and management consultancy with offices in Madrid, Miami, and Budapest. It specializes in connecting young footballers with elite clubs and academies in Spain. It was through its trial and experience programs that Samuel first came onto Nomadar’s radar.
Once there, Samuel joined the HPT (High Performance Training) program, the high-performance methodology that Nomadar develops together with Cádiz CF to connect emerging talent with European training standards. The program combines technical training, professional evaluations, and full immersion in the daily life of a LaLiga club’s youth academy, with constant tracking of each player’s progress on and off the field.
Samuel came looking for a serious program with real opportunities to grow, and he says the experience exceeded what he imagined. He describes it as very serious, well organized, and complete, and says it helped him adapt as a player to new situations on the field.
For those thinking about taking the leap, Samuel doesn’t hesitate: “It’s well worth taking the risk.” Stories like his are the ones Nomadar and Cádiz CF keep building, training session after training session, within the HPT program.
