(“Nomadar” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: NOMA), a Nasdaq-listed global sports, tourism, technology, and experiential infrastructure company, today announced it will host a virtual investor event on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET. The investor webinar (the “Webinar”) will feature a panel discussion with Nomadar CEO Americas & Board Director, Joaquin Martin, Fox Soccer Academy (“FSA”) Co-Founder, Managing Partner, and Technical Director, Christian Fuchs, and FSA’s Co-Founder, Managing Partner, and Business Director, Raluca Gold-Fuchs.
The Webinar follows Nomadar’s and FSA’s recent announcement of the signing of a definitive agreement whereby Nomadar will acquire a majority interest in FSA (the “Acquisition”). The Acquisition is expected to close in November, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. FSA is an international youth soccer organization that operates academies across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Austria, providing structured development programs, camps, clinics, showcase events, and international pathways for youth players.
The panel discussion is expected to address, among other topics, Nomadar’s strategic rationale for the Acquisition, the Company’s plans for the global expansion of its player-development model, the evolving landscape of U.S. youth soccer development, economics of the youth-soccer market, and Nomadar’s broader plans for building an international sports platform.
