In recent weeks, the High Performance Training (HPT) Program that Nomadar coordinates together with Cádiz CF has continued to grow and strengthen as a bridge for international talent. Our joint work allows players from different countries to experience a high-performance, fully immersive training environment within a professional structure and a recognized methodology.

In collaboration with Elite IFM, we welcomed Marcelo García (Mexico) and Simón Romero (Venezuela), who completed their training period under Cádiz CF’s HPT methodology. Through Andrés Lamas, Colombian player Alejo Ángel, aged 19, also joined the sessions and was fully immersed in the club’s training approach.

This program allows international footballers to spend one to two weeks training under Cádiz CF’s standards, being evaluated by specialized technical staff. Throughout their stay, they receive specific, personalized feedback that supports their individual development, while also having the opportunity to be seen by the club’s coaches and technical team.

Nomadar’s recent listing on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol NOMA marks a new chapter in the company’s evolution. Within this context, the international HPT program stands as a strategic foundation of Nomadar’s business—combining athlete development, innovation, and global reach. Its growth reinforces Nomadar’s vision of connecting sports opportunities across continents and building an ecosystem where talent, technology, and sport advance together.

At Nomadar, we continue expanding our global network of collaborations, creating real opportunities for players seeking to advance their careers, and providing the club with access to emerging international talent. We remain committed to fostering connections between sport, human development, and international projection through initiatives like the HPT Program.
