Nomadar and Cádiz CF continue to build a real path to professional football for young players from Georgia and Azerbaijan, together with Tramplin.World. The sports management agency, led by Elnur, has made the Cádiz club the center of its talent development project for the South Caucasus, after visiting clubs in Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, and Italy in search of a partner willing to offer more than just a tourist experience. It was in Cádiz, Elnur says, where those words turned into real actions from the very start.
So far, Tramplin.World has brought seven players from Georgia and Azerbaijan into Cádiz CF’s HPT (High Performance Training) program, and one of them has already received an offer to join the club’s system permanently. For Elnur, this is just the beginning of a bigger project, aimed at opening doors for players from a region with around 80 million people across the Caucasus and Central Asia, where academies and federation officials are already reaching out.
Trust in Cádiz CF’s youth academy is also backed by recent news: a player developed in the club’s own system has been called up to Spain’s youth national team for the World Cup, another sign of the training quality behind the project that Tramplin.World is building together with Nomadar.
