Nomadar Corp. (NASDAQ: NOMA) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority interest in Fox Soccer Academy (FSA), an international youth soccer organization co-founded by former Premier League champion Christian Fuchs and sports executive Raluca Gold-Fuchs. The agreement strengthens the soccer development platform that Nomadar has been building across the United States, Spain, the United Kingdom and Europe.
Fox Soccer Academy operates in key markets such as New York and North Carolina, as well as in the United Kingdom and Austria, with a network that serves around 2,100 players. Its Premier League-inspired model combines elite coaching, camps, clinics, showcase events and international pathways focused on the competitive development of young players.
The agreement follows the strategic framework both organizations announced in May and comes after a due diligence process that reviewed FSA’s operating structure, coaching methodology and the potential for integration with Nomadar’s global ecosystem. Fuchs and Gold-Fuchs will remain as partners in the academy, leading its growth and development alongside Nomadar.
With this addition, Nomadar strengthens its position in the United States and expands its reach in Europe, connecting players, families, coaches and clubs through a more integrated international model. The deal also brings together two leading methodologies: FSA’s English-inspired program and the Spanish football approach that Nomadar develops through its HPT (High Performance Training) program alongside Cádiz CF and LaLiga.
According to Joaquín Martín, CEO of Nomadar, the agreement marks a key step in the company’s international expansion strategy: Fox Soccer Academy brings a recognized international presence, a strong development methodology and operations in strategically important markets, building on the progress Nomadar has already made between the United States and Spain through Cádiz CF and the HPT program.
Christian Fuchs, for his part, notes that the academy was created to give young players access to a professional development environment and international opportunities, and that the partnership with Nomadar allows that vision to grow while preserving the identity and methodology FSA has built over the years.
