Nomadar Corp. (Nasdaq: NOMA) has confirmed the departure of Manuel Vizcaíno, former president of Cádiz Club de Fútbol, from his roles as co-chairman and member of the company’s board of directors. The news comes just days after Vizcaíno announced, on July 3, his resignation as president of Cádiz CF, a move that has had a direct effect on his position within Nomadar.

It was on July 6, 2026, that the Nasdaq-listed company publicly filed the corresponding material event notifying Vizcaíno’s resignation as director and co-chairman, while simultaneously announcing the appointment of Joaquín Martín as a new member of the board of directors.

Martín is not a new face within the organization: since December 2025 he has held the position of CEO Americas and Global Vice Chairman of Nomadar, and previously, since August 2023, served as Chief Communications and Investor Relations Officer, a role he held practically since the company’s founding stage.

Over the past three years, the company has been building out the various verticals that make up its global sports platform, a growth process that led to its Nasdaq debut in October 2025 and, more recently, its inclusion in the Russell Microcap Index in the United States.
